Delivery and delivery time

Taking into account Article 4 of the General Terms and Conditions, On Style BV will execute accepted orders expeditiously, but no later than within 30 days. This can be deviated from if a different delivery period has been agreed between the consumer and On Style BV.
Products can be collected on site or shipped via courier services by On Style BV to the delivery address as specified by the consumer. From the moment that products to be delivered have been delivered to the specified delivery address, the risk regarding these products passes to the consumer. The risk of loss, destruction or damage to products (regardless of the cause) rests with On Style BV until the moment of delivery to the consumer.
Different provisions may apply to deliveries abroad. When deliveries are made in parts, On Style BV has the right to regard each delivery as a separate transaction.
If delivery is delayed or if an order can only be partially fulfilled, the consumer will be notified no later than 30 days after the order has been placed. In that case, the consumer has the right to terminate the agreement without costs, if On Style BV is informed of this within 24 hours. After terminating the agreement, On Style BV will immediately refund the amount paid by the consumer.
If the consumer orders a product that is temporarily out of stock, it will be indicated when the product is available again. On Style BV strives to report any delays to the consumer by telephone or e-mail within two working days.
Warranty and liability
On Style BV guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of reliability and/or usability and the legal provisions and/or government regulations in force on the date of the conclusion of the agreement.
If the delivered products do not comply with the agreement, the consumer must notify On Style BV within a period of seven days.
If On Style BV is obliged to compensate any damage to the consumer who is not a consumer buyer, that compensation will never exceed an amount equal to the invoice value with regard to the product or service that caused the damage.
There can be no warranty in the following cases:
- if the wear and tear can be considered normal, if changes have been made to the product, including repairs that have not been carried out with the permission of On Style BV
- if the original invoice has been changed or made illegible;
- if defects are the result of failure to correspond with the intended use or improper use;
- if damage has been caused by intent, gross negligence or negligent maintenance.
If research costs are incurred to identify a defect in the product or part of the product, which is excluded from the warranty, and these costs remain excluded from the warranty, these costs will always be borne by the consumer. On Style BV strives to report this in advance. Failure to notify this does not release the consumer from the obligation to pay these costs.
If costs are involved in repairing a defect and this repair appears to be excluded from the warranty on the basis of this article, the consumer will be informed of this. If the consumer does not expressly agree in writing with the cost estimate, he or she can receive her property back upon payment of the research costs. If the consumer has not paid these research costs three months after submitting the cost estimate, ownership of the product will lapse to On Style BV.
Right of withdrawal and associated costs

The product remains the property of the consumer, who is obliged to collect its property within 14 calendar days. The product can also be delivered at the consumer's request.
During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the product. For example, he will not paint the product nor incorporate it into another good or mount it on a vehicle. The basic principle here is that the consumer may only handle and inspect the product as he would in a store.
The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the product. On Style BV uses the same payment method for reimbursement
